Ron Baker is Dead, Anthony Davis MURDERED Him

On Saturday night, the New York Knicks were able to defeat the New Orleans Pelicans 105-103 with a dramatic and impressive late performance from the gawd, Kristaps Porzingis in a much needed road win for the Knicks.

But there was a massive casualty in the victory. Anthony Davis slaughtered young Ron Baker on live television. There was an execution on Saturday night and I felt helpless. There’s nothing anyone could’ve done about it. A homicide occurred.

And this is why Ron Baker is my favorite player in the NBA. What the fuck was he even planning on doing? There was a zero percent chance that he was going to block Anthony Davis dunking. Davis is 7 feet tall and Baker doesn’t leave the ground when he jumps. But that’s the point. He had no chance but he still tried and he lost his life because of it and you know for a fact that next time he has the same opportunity, he’s going to do the same exact thing.

What a sacrifice. #RIP.

Thanks for reading. Tweet to @TheLesterLee if you’re going to miss Ron Baker. Also, go ahead and throw Deadseriousness a Like on Facebook so that I can keep the lights on around here at HQ.

Created Deadseriousness after being fired from every job I've ever had. One faithful night I drew the conclusion that if I was going to be unemployed, I might as well write articles that will guarantee I am un-hireable going forward. This website is the equivalent to a face tattoo.

E-mail to talk directly about all Deadseriousness related stuff or if you just want to talk about like, the Yankees or Marvel comics or whatever.
