The New York Giants sit in first place of the NFC East with only 4 games remaining in this very odd Corona season. With the division being a complete disaster, it’s safe to say that the Giants are without a doubt the best team especially after factoring in their season sweep of Washington.
So sure, they have the division lead and thus a guaranteed playoff berth but can the New York Football Giants actually win the Super Bowl? The Super Bowl odds at Sports Betting Dime indicates that the Giants are now averaging at +8500 to win the championship title.
We first have to start with the QB1. Seeing Colt McCoy win his first start since the Obama Administration was cute or whatever but Daniel Jones needs to be the starting quarterback in order for this team to truly compete for a title.

He is literally the best quarterback when it comes to throwing deep balls which pairs well with their 11th ranked rushing attack. Once they establish the run, they can pivot to play action and let Jones sling it deep down the field into Darius Slayton’s waiting arms.
It’s safe to say that the Giants coaching staff enter most matchups with the advantage. Joe Judge has proven to be the next great head coach in this league. Outside of glaring special teams mistakes, this team enters games prepared and motivated which we did not see with Ben McAdoo and Pat Shurmur cosplaying as adults.
Former Dallas Cowboys head coach, Jason Garrett, has actually been calling damn near perfect games as the Giants offensive coordinator while defensive coordinator, Patrick Graham, has transformed this team into a Top 10 defense which we haven’t seen since Michael Strahan and that defensive line was embarrassing Tom Brady in Super Bowls.
And that’s the key. The last time the Giants had a top 10 defense they were in Super Bowls. So can this team win another one? Middle linebacker, Blake Martinez, is 3rd in the NFL in total tackles (111). Leonard Williams is tied for 6th with 8.5 sacks. James Bradberry leads the entire league with 18 passes deflected.
The New York Giants are winning the Super Bowl and no one can tell me otherwise.
