Jameis Winston Turnover Stats Are Just Hilarious

Jameis Winston’s entire football career has been hilarious.

From stealing crab legs at the local Publix to shouting ‘Grab her by the pussy (which the Daily Beast called a “Sex Chant”) at the Florida State cafeteria to throwing 30 interceptions and then getting Lasik surgery in the offseason as if his vision was the problem and not his awful decision-making.

No one in the NFL is better at giving the ball to the other team than Winston. It’s truly a gift for this man and this stat is a wonderful reminder of Winston’s gift:

Jameis is a turnover prodigy. This is legendary.

Hall of Fame worthy production from the man who is banned from ride-share apps because he got into the front seat of an Uber and groped the driver.

Just one of his many turnovers.

In his final season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Winston threw 33 touchdowns and 30 interceptions with the 30th interception being a pick-six on the final throw of the season. King shit.

But I can’t stop thinking about what could’ve been…

A 51 interception season. I cannot believe the history we almost witnessed.

This would’ve been up there with Barry Bonds hitting 73 home runs in 2001 as one of the greatest single-season achievements of my lifetime.

Now that Drew Brees was forced into retirement by the media with all of his games this season being treated like his last, this might be Jameis Winston’s return to the top of the depth chart.

Unfortunately, he’s in a quarterback battle with Taysom Hill who is like the coach’s long-lost adult son or something so Winston has an uphill battle. I think I accidentally did a pun. I apologize. I’m better than this.

But we may never get an opportunity to see Jameis turn the ball over again.
