In 2020, Tory Lanez (allegedly) shot Meg the Stallion in the foot following a long day of drinking and arguing at Kylie Jenner’s pool party. One of the nastiest sentences I’ve written. It was very clear this was a strange lover’s quarrel ending in typical fashion: kicking your girl out of the car, pulling a gun out and shooting at her. Happens to all of us.
Tory Lanez moved onto Iggy Azalea last year and the two have been dating as if he wasn’t fighting for his life to stay out of prison.
It wasn’t crazy to think their relationship was a strange PR move to make Tory look like a good, or even normal guy. Tory announced he was going to produce Iggy’s next record and see judge, Tory respects women entertainers so much that he’ll even sleep with another one while routinely going to court and lying about shooting the previous one.
Prior to Tory Lanez’s final sentencing, the court read through the letters of support sent in and one of those letters came from his girl, Iggy Azalea.
Alright we are on the 90-minute break. Judge Herriford got 70+ letters of support for Tory Lanez, including one from @IggyAzalea. He briefly summarized each one. Two jailers wrote letters, one spoke in court. Lanez’ father, Sonstar Peterson, was the last speaker before the break.

It’s easy to be mad at Iggy Azalea here. Tory Lanez could’ve literally killed Meg the Stallion and has spent this time mocking the victim and pretending as if he did nothing wrong that night.
But look, when your boyfriend is about to go to prison for shooting his last girlfriend, you just have no choice. You have to send a letter to the judge about his great character or whatever to help lessen his sentence.
I’ll never forget when Playboi Carti dropped Whole Lotta Red on Christmas Day in 2020 and Carti was out all night at his own release party and Iggy Azalea, his girlfriend and mother of his child, was extremely mad online ranting about Carti abandoning his family on Christmas.
So once again, when your ex-boyfriend ghosts you on Christmas morning and your current boyfriend is on trial for shooting his ex-girlfriend, you just HAVE to send in a letter to the judge and keep your boyfriend out of prison.
Can’t wait to hear the Iggy Azalea album that Tory Lanez is 1000% going to produce and help create with her. I’m sure he will follow through on this.
