Don’t Worry Ladies, Miami Dolphins CB Xavien Howard Definitely Does Not Have Herpes (According To His Lawyer)

Last week, the Miami Dolphins traded for Jalen Ramsey who is joining forces with 2-time All-Pro and 4-time All-Star, Xavien Howard, in the secondary. In a division with Stefon Diggs, Garrett Wilson and now JuJu Smith-Schuster, the Dolphins are putting the right pieces together.

And now Jalen Ramsey can show up on the first day of work and happily embrace his new teammate without fear of contracting an infectious disease.

I think I remember seeing a rumor on Twitter about Xavien Howard giving a woman herpes but it’s one of those stories I had no trouble scrolling right past because it’s none of my business but man, I stopped what I was doing when my man’s lawyer entered the chat.

Here’s a report from another amazing day in a Florida courtroom:

A negligence lawsuit against Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard alleging he transmitted genital herpes to a woman has been dismissed.

Howard’s attorneys filed a motion to dismiss the complaint the day after it was filed in Broward County court in October, writing in the motion that the woman, who used a Jane Doe pseudonym, had “engaged in a campaign of stalking” Howard, had threatened him with “multiple acts of violence” and extorted him for money.

The woman’s attorneys voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit Wednesday, court records show.

“In order to sue somebody for failing to disclose that you had herpes and then transmitting herpes to you, the person you’re accusing has to actually have herpes. He didn’t,” Howard’s lawyer Brad Sohn told the South Florida Sun Sentinel on Monday.

And that settles that. The case was dismissed so therefore Xavien Howard doesn’t have herpes. Sure, it sounds like the case was dismissed before any actual STD test results were presented to the court but yup, technically, legally, somehow someway, Howard beat the herpes allegations.

Now, he can focus on the 2023 NFL season. Hopefully, he spends a lot of time working on his lower body because he is going to be silently taking a knee several times as various trainers drag Tua Tagovailoa off the field because no one will stop that man from suiting up and getting his brains dribbled against his skull.
