Carson Wentz and Jon Gruden Are Joining Forces To Create The Worst Quarterback Ever

NFL minicamps are wrapping up and 30-year-old Carson Wentz is still a free agent but he’s not just waiting by his phone for an opportunity. He’s taking matters into his own hands by joining forces with former NFL head coach, Jon Gruden.

Bold move by Wentz to attempt to get back into the NFL by seeking the help of another man who also is unwanted by every team. In 2021, Jon Gruden was forced to resign from the Raiders following an investigation into his bizarre racist and misogynistic emails.

He also only won 22 games in 3 and a half seasons as the Raiders head coach so I imagine the Las Vegas front office was smiling ear to ear watching his weird ass emails get leaked knowing they’ll get off his terrible contract.

Carson Wentz is coming off a disgusting 2022 season. He went 2-5 in 7 starts for the Washington Commanders throwing 11 touchdowns to 9 interceptions. He suffered a finger injury and was essentially shut down for the year.

My favorite part of Wentz’s 2022 was when Washington brought him back at the end of the season and he had a 3 interception Week 17 game against the Cleveland Browns. The game literally eliminated Washington from the playoffs. As of now, it’s the final game of his NFL career.

The former no. 2 overall draft pick is looking to get back on an NFL roster with Jon Gruden—a man who has established the reputation of being a ‘quarterback whisperer’ mainly from an ESPN series called Jon Gruden’s QB Camp where he watches film with quarterback prospects and asks them what they feel about plays. It was brilliant content for low-IQ people.

Gruden gets credit for winning a Super Bowl with Brad Johnson as his QB1. He’s coached 9 seasons after that Super Bowl. He’s only had a winning record in 3 of those 9 seasons.

There is no one else on planet Earth still riding their clout from 2003. Do you understand how long ago 2003 was? Ruben Studdard won American Idol that year and we never saw him again. Martha Stewart went to prison for insider trading. Fucking MYSPACE LAUNCHED.

Since then, Gruden has made exactly zero (0) quarterbacks look good. He essentially ended Chris Simms’s career before it started.

In 2016, Derek Carr finished 3rd in MVP voting and the Raiders had 12 wins. The next season, Carr made the Pro Bowl. Two seasons later, Gruden took over as the new head coach and Carr never made a Pro Bowl again.

In order to get back into the NFL, Carson Wentz is working with a guy who was kicked out of the league for emails in which he called the NFL commissioner a ‘faggot’ and a ‘clueless antifootball pussy’.

Throughout his career, there have always been little quiet rumors that none of Wentz’s teammates really like him so it’s a bold strategy to join forces with an even more unlikable try-hard, faux-alpha male dweeb.

I want nothing more than to be there for their little film sessions so I can see Gruden’s eyes roll out of his head watching Carson Wentz commit the most egregious turnovers the world has ever seen.

Personally, I hope this dream team can get Wentz back into the league. He’s my favorite quarterback to watch. There is nothing like it.

The way games are filmed, you only see the quarterback drop back in the pocket so you see Wentz do all this heroic shit breaking tackles and extending plays. He looks like one of the greatest ever back there.

And then when he finally launches the ball after all the theatrics and the camera cuts to the receivers like 5 yards away from the cornerback who easily caught an interception. There’s nothing like a Carson Wentz 3rd and long when everyone knows he’s going to pass it and everyone knows it going to end badly for his team.

The NFL is just a better product with Wentz on the field doing the most unpredictable nonsense ever.
