Brett Favre Update: He's Also Funding Fake Concussion Drugs

Brett Favre is the biggest asshole on planet Earth. He is in the midst of a very disgusting court case surrounding him stealing millions of Mississipi welfare funds to pay for his daughter’s college volleyball team and now we’re learning what else that money was used for.

Apparently, Favre helped fund two drug companies—Prevacus and PresolMD—that were claiming to create products to treat concussions. They also claimed they were working directly with the NFL as a lie to trick investors into giving them more money.

If you’ve watched the Elizabeth Holmes Theranos documentary then you know this is commonplace for these scamming start-up companies. Overpromise and deliver absolutely nothing. Textbook fraud.

This fraud gets even nastier once Brett Favre enters the chat and gave them $2.1 million. Not from his own pockets of course but from the millions of welfare money he stole. Again, Mississippi is the poorest state in America. Jackson, Mississippi doesn’t even have clean drinking water.

Here’s what the founder of these companies—Jake VanLandingham—said about the dirty money:

“I had no idea this was welfare money, and I’ve always been an upstanding person when it comes to research.”

Yes, very upstanding person says the guy who lied about how far along his products were and his nonexistent relationship with the NFL. It’s quite possible that he didn’t know where Favre got the investment money is but everything I’m learning about Brett Favre recently makes me think that he 1000% told VanLandingham about the stolen welfare funds in a suspicious text ending with ‘shhh don’t tell anyone’.

So to recap, Favre stole welfare from the people who need it the most and spent the money on a new volleyball facility for his daughter’s college team and investing in a drug company that was pretending to make drugs.

I get the feeling it’s only going to get worse. We are going to find out Favre used welfare money to help fund some South American coup or a construction company that specializes in bulldozing orphanages.

Let’s just get this man behind bars before someone gets hurt.

Also, for everyone who sees a Kyrie Irving situation and immediately says “why are we making Kyrie apologize but we’re not demanding Favre make a public apology”, dog, Brett Favre cannot publicly apologize. He is trying to avoid prison. He cannot say sorry.

And honestly, I’d rather Favre have posted a link to some antisemitic bullshit than actually stealing from poor people to fund scams that steal from more poor people.
