Ben McAdoo Might Be The Secret To The Giants Winning The NFC East This Year

The NFC East might’ve been blown wide open this week with Ben McAdoo returning to the division.

That’s right. The great Ben McAdoo will serve as a ‘consultant’ to Mike McCarthy, his former boss in Green Bay. Love this dream team of doughy, mediocre, middle-aged white guys joining forces to ruin the Dallas Cowboys.

Ben McAdoo was the hotshot offensive coordinator who took the New York Giants head coaching job from the legend, Tom Coughlin, in 2016. Coughlin led the Giants to two Super Bowl victories including one historic victory over Tom Brady and the undefeated New England Patriots in 2011.

Ben McAdoo went 11-5 in his first year with the club. but then came back playing dress-up and make-believe.

He went from being the offensive nerd that made Eli look like a Top 10 QB when he was his offensive coordinator but once he had an ounce of success as a head coach, he came back the next season with stupid slicked-back hair and sunglasses.

At one point, McAdoo showed the team a scene from Game of Thrones to get them hyped for a game. Grown-ass men—most of which don’t even watch TV and certainly weren’t rushing home on Sunday night after a grueling day of work to see dragons and shit—had to sit and watch Jon Snow frowning before a football game.

These are adult men. They can discern when a man isn’t being genuine with them and McAdoo attempted to present himself as some sort of badass when in reality, the locker room knew he was a gigantic dweeb.

In his second season, McAdoo went to war against his starting QB which ended with Ben ending Eli’s historic consecutive start streak in order to play Geno Smith, one of the worst quarterbacks of the last decade.

He was fired that December after a 2-10 start. I’m sure it gave him plenty of time to catch up on Game of Thrones.

Now he’s going to be giving advice to Mike McCarthy.

Last season, Cowboys players said that they entered games unprepared which is a direct reflection of the head coach.

Love these two masterminds joining forces to sink the Dallas Cowboys season.

Now the Giants just need to trade for Julio Jones and the 17-0 season is confirmed.
