We are currently celebrating Hip Hop’s 50th anniversary and you couldn’t talk about this art form without mentioning some of the famous rap beefs over the years. From Jay Z vs. Nas to Bigge vs. Tupac to 50 Cent vs. Ja Rule, we all remember what was happening in our lives when these major wars took place.
And now, we are in the midst of yet another legendary rap beef: Drake vs. Bobbi Althoff.
Drake is a Jewish culture vulture suffering from arrested development and Bobbi Althoff is (and I’m stealing this from Google because I don’t really know who this woman is) a 26-year-old mommy influencer with millions of TikTok followers. Ok.
Drake invited Bobbi Althoff over to do an interview for her channel. It kind of sucked but if you’re into Bobbi’s awkward interview style that hasn’t been funny since 2007 then I could see how you enjoyed it.
And in case you thought it was some one-off interview, Draked called into her next podcast with Lil Yachty thus confirming he and Bobbi truly had a friendship.
All of that ended this week when they unfollowed each other on Instagram and Bobbi deleted her Drake interview.
But I’m sure you know and understand all of these details already. This is the biggest beef we’ve seen in years. I imagine your group chats are on fire with people picking sides.
The rumor is Drake and Bobbi slept together and it didn’t go well after which I love. I have never in my life listened to a single Drake record and thought to myself “man, he sleeps with so many woman” to the point where I assume he always gets with every girl he’s in a room with. Rap fans love saying “pause” but also love thinking about their favorite rappers having sex. Kindaaaaaaaa gay.
Bobbi Althoff posted to clear the rumors up:
Glad Dave Portnoy could get to the bottom of this. Man, this is such an important story with all of my favorite people. Drake, this girl that won’t be famous in two weeks and the asshole from Barstool Sports.
We will never forget this rap beef. Dr. Dre vs. Eazy-E. Lil Wayne vs. Young Thug. Drake vs. Bobbi Althoff. 50 years of Hip Hop led to this moment.
