Rookie defensive superstar, third place in Defensive Rookie of the Year voting, James Pearce Jr, spent the weekend terrorizing WNBA star Rickea Jackson, now arrested in Florida, facing 5 felony charges, including aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated stalking and aggravated battery of a law enforcement officer.
Jackson, who plays for the Los Angeles Sparks, told police that she saw Pearce following her car in a white Lamborghini SUV on Saturday morning. When Jackson’s car stopped at a red light, Pearce got out of his vehicle and attempted to open her car door on the driver’s side.
Jackson accelerated away and started driving toward the Doral (Florida) Police Department. Pearce reentered his vehicle and continued following her. During the drive to the police station, Jackson said Pearce “intentionally collided into the rear of her vehicle” with his SUV. As she got to the intersection near the police station, Jackson said Pearce cut her off with his car and when she attempted to back out and get away, he used his car to collide with hers head-on.
James Pearce did a domestic violence to Rickea Jackson.
The whole event reads like a young man throwing his life away because a girl stopped liking him, attacking his girlfriend, then attempting to escape the scene, clipping a police officer as he speeds away—not signs of a man having a good mental health day.
Rickea Jackson told the police the couple were together 3 years, recently ending their relationship and blocking Pearce from contacting her.
Apparently, Pearce reached back out to her with a new numberand followed her out this weekend looking for an altercation.
James Pearce Jr recorded 10.5 sacks in his first NFL season. Finished 3rd in Rookie of the Year voting. With Kevin Stefanski as their new head coach and a division set to be up for grabs next season, the 22-year old playmaker should be preparing for another great season, building his on field legacy and off field bank account.
But instead, he’s stalking his ex, crashing into her car and fighting the police.
This is why Andrew Tate is so popular, yo. Young men have always been losers. I, too, freaked out when my first girlfriend dumped me. Although, I freaked out privately under the covers crying. I watched Kung-Fu Panda 12 straight times.
I didn’t try to murder her. I’d miss Kung-Fu Panda.
But there is so much internet nonsense catered to explaining to us loser men how all our silly, loser faults are actually the faults of women.
What’s next for James Pearce?
The NFL will most likely suspend James Pearce for a minimum of, like, 6 games.
Rashee Rice spent a summer stangling and clotheslining anyone who made eye contact with him like a bull released on the straits of Madrid and he only got 6 games.
If Pearce even makes it to Week 1 of the 2026 season.
The justice system is kind to powerful men who delight in physically dominating women.
But not nearly as kind to young black men who resist arrest and hit police officers.
Depending on the connections his legal team has with the opposing one, James Pearce could be behind bars, throwing his life away because he couldn’t handle fumbling a hot girl.
With their star pass rusher out next season, wearing MAGA hats in prison, begging for a presidential pardon, get ready for another wonderful below .500 finish for an Atlanta Falcons team that was one domestic abuse away from a playoff berth.
