Odell Beckham Jr is officially a free agent after the Browns had one of the most talented wide receivers on their roster and couldn’t figure out how to put the football in his hands. That was somehow Odell’s fault. Sure.
But now that he can sign with a team that actually has a quarterback capable of completely a 5-yard slant, rumors of a team-up with Tom Brady began to surface quickly citing some weird friendship between a 44-year old and a 29-year old who have rarely been in the same room together.
Thankfully, Bucs head coach Bruce Arians has already thrown that grenade back as he openly rejected the idea of signing Baker’s ex.
Coach Arians will have to pass on the OBJ sweepstakes 😅

But I couldn’t help but imagine a world in which the Buccaneers actually pulled the trigger on Odell and put he and Antonio Brown on the same roster.
Can you imagine the discourse of an Odell Beckham Antonio Brown team?
The NFL media would find any and all ways to shit on everything they do. If they drop a pass, they will get murdered by critics. If they celebrate a touchdown, they will have hell to pay. God forbid one of them are wide open and Brady checks it down to a back. The cameras will not leave their faces until they find a second of frowning to blast all over social media and start a drama that doesn’t exist.
As far as the fans go, it’ll be the dick-riding tour of a lifetime.
Every catch will result in ‘LET THE APOLOGIES BE AS LOUD AS THE DISRESPECT’ from 16-year old fans who only care about these players because of their fantasy team and their likelihood of getting likes and retweets.
Do you understand how hard I have to avoid seeing Derrick Rose praise after a Knicks win from his odd hive of fans that do not care he’s a rapist? I can’t scroll Twitter and see Antonio Brown love. I won’t make it to 2022.
Odell hasn’t done anything as horrific as Antonio Brown has been called out for. The worst thing he’s done is get drunk and handsy after LSU won the national title. Or according to the Browns, the worst thing Odell ever did was…have a dad with an Instagram account?
Please keep these emotional weirdos away from each other before they take turns doing elbow drops to the kicking net and complaining about the quality of their helmets.
