Jerry Colangelo is a loser who ruined the Philadelphia 76ers process after the NBA essentially threw Sam Hinkie out of the sport and replaced him with this weirdo who was caught using burner accounts to defend his decisions and the size of his enormous shirt collars.
This same psychopath is still in charge of US men’s national basketball team because his dad is a made man in the NBA and nepotism is a hell of a drug.
I was prepared to shit all over this low IQ simp for adding Kevin Love to Team USA with the excuse that he provides ‘international experience’ when a guy like Julius Randle is coming off an All-NBA season and didn’t make the roster.
It’s very easy to make inferences about Jerry’s decision to select a player who looks like him to represent the country. We don’t have to pretend like racism is a thing of the past. A man who is in a position he didn’t earn giving an opportunity to another guy that didn’t earn it. That’s pretty much how this country runs.
BUT after Kevin Love left the team once they traveled to Tokyo, Jerry Colangelo unloaded the clip on what he reallyyy thinks about Love.
“I didn’t think Kevin Love was gonna play,” said Colangelo. “I wasn’t even sure he had much left to play. He reached out to us and said he was in shape and said he felt he owed us. On the basis of that, we’re looking at someone with international experience who at one time was a heck of a rebounder and could still shoot the ball. You know, being like a 12th man on a roster.
“Well, it didn’t work out,” Colangelo went on. “He wasn’t in shape. And he was way behind as it turned out. So you move on. Call it a mistake.”

So many people were ready to defend Love, who hasn’t played more than 60 games in a season since 2015. Kevin Durant is one of the best players on Earth. He has international experience. He doesn’t need Kevin Love on the end of the bench reminding him that the restricted area is wider for the Olympics. Durant needs talented, in-shape players to pass the ball to.
Kevin Love is incredibly washed and that has been made clear now. Keep his name out of trade discussions. Stop pretending like he has reasons to be pissed at the Cavs when it’s his fault for agreeing to stay with that bum ass organization and he himself is supplying absolutely nothing to the final score of their games.
