I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: Dating is hard. Sometimes, you may find The One, your person, the woman you intend to spend your waning time on Earth beside, only for it to all crumble, like, 30 days before the two of you were supposed to get married in front of all your friends and family and The Lord. Dak Prescott and his lovely bride, Sarah Jane, were so close to the finish line, until she dumped the Dallas Cowboys QB in the middle of their joint bachelor/bachelorette party.
Dallas Cowboys superstar Dak Prescott and his fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos, are not getting married — TMZ Sports has learned the two have broken up one month before their wedding.
We’re told the relationship had been rocky behind the scenes for months … but things came to a head with a blowup argument at their joint bachelor and bachelorette parties in the Bahamas — and Sarah Jane called it off.
The reality is, we’re told the relationship is beyond repair … so the focus will be on coparenting their two kids — ages 2 and nearly 10 months — moving forward.
I did a little digging.
How can I write about this breakup without getting into their business and wildly speculating why these two strangers decided to break up moments before committing for life? Something life-altering must’ve occurred.
Here’s what I got from my Googles:
And now, the tea surrounding the split is getting even more interesting. As Reddit users dug up, just a few days ago, Ramos and Prescott’s ex-girlfriend, Natalie Buffett, appeared to be going back and forth on TikTok through reposts.
“Every time Natalie reposts something slightly shady (despite her and Dak being over for 4 years) Sarah reposts something responding to it being even worse and more mean,” a user posted on r/WivesofNFL.
“And I’m just like if Sarah Jane was truly happy in her relationship, she should not be worried about his ex!! And Natalie’s post could literally be about anyone!!” the user added.
Buffett’s reposts are fairly typical for a 27-year-old content creator. There are some interesting ones, though, that could be linked to her previous relationship with Prescott. Like with the caption, “Thank God it didn’t work out, I would’ve hated it,” or “Too many people are checking in on their single girlfriends. Check on girlfriends in single marriages.” (Source)
It looks like Dak Prescott was trying to get another plate from the Natalie Buffett and his no-longer future wife burned the entire relationship to the ground.
I don’t care if professional athletes cheat on their spouses. That’s none of my business. But Dak Prescott potentially doing so moments before he says “I Do” to the mother of his children is very funny.
Now my man is stuck in purgatory, refreshing social media as both women post thirst traps with vague, passive-aggressive captions about loyalty and “choosing to love yourself.” Dak just turned two women into Instagram philosophers
How bout them Cowboys? yike.
