No, this article is 1000% about making fun of Coach K who declared this would be his final season coaching the lame ass Duke Blue Devils and a week into the season, his players are already riding dirty with his grandson.
According to reports, Coach K’s grandson, Michael Savarino, was arrested for a DWI with freshman star, Paolo Banchero, arrested for aiding and abetting which I didn’t even realize was a thing that can occur during a DWI.
Paolo Banchero is averaging 19 points a game and 8 rebounds in 3 games so far this season. And he was willing to go to jail for this rat.
Imagine taking a bullet for Coach K’s grandson when he looks like the kid who begged his mom to drive him to a police protest in Kenosha so he could shoot ‘rioters’. Michael Savarino looks like the type of guy who intentionally gets into fights at college parties just so he can shout ‘DO YOU KNOW WHO MY GRANDFATHER IS??’
Coach K spending the next couple of weeks answering questions about his entitled alcoholic failgrandson instead of questions about like, his Final Four runs of the past is the funniest possible outcome for this farewell tour.
