Ban Mickey Calloway From Baseball Forever

Los Angeles Angels (of Anaheim) pitching coach, Mickey Calloway, has been exiled from Major League Baseball until after the 2022 season following an investigation into a report from earlier this year that detailed 5 separate accounts of Calloway being a creepy little sex pest.

In recent years we’ve learned how gross a lot of men in this sport are when they’re in a room with a woman.

The Mets hired a GM that was so creepy to a female reporter that she literally had to move back to her home country and gave up journalism altogether. Dick pics and all. Jared Porter and Mickey Calloway are cut from the same nasty cloth.

One of the women who claimed that Calloway sent her unsolicited dick pics said that Calloway being a sex pest was ‘one of the worst-kept secrets’ meaning so many people were aware of his behavior and either laughed it off or just ignored it while women had to recoil at the sight of his tiny little pink wee wee.

There are five women who stepped up and agreed to tell a reporter that this nastiness occurred. Who knows how many women just shut up and dealt with it in order to maintain their access with whatever team he was working for at the time or didn’t want to lose their job or be told they need to toughen up if they want to work in men’s sports or be told that it’s their fault because of the way they were dressed or whatever the fuck.

Here’s what this horny sociopath said about his suspension:

“My family and I fully support MLB’s strong stance against harassment and discrimination and are grateful to the Commissioner and his office for their thorough investigation. I apologize to the women who shared with investigators any interaction that made them feel uncomfortable. To be clear, I never intended to make anyone feel this way and didn’t understand that these interactions might do that or violate MLB policies. However, those are my own blind spots, and I take responsibility for the consequences.”

I will never believe a sex pest saying they didn’t understand that their actions made women feel uncomfortable. Part of the ‘fun’ of being this level of creep is knowing that the woman isn’t interested and bothering her until she reluctantly has to sleep with you just to get you to leave her alone.

In 2023, Mickey Calloway can apply for reinstatement and if MLB wants to make it clear that they no longer tolerate men in positions of power alienating women then they need to Pete Rose his ass and eject him into a volcano never to be seen in a dugout again.

I get the feeling Shohei Ohtani will continue to be one of the best pitchers in baseball and the loss of his pitching coach winking at women in the bleachers won’t crush him too badly.

Let’s also remember that Mickey Calloway coached the Mets for two seasons and was fired with a 163-161 win-loss record. He isn’t some genius baseball mind that we have to defend because his impact on the game is so great. His name will become a trivia question in a decade about who was the manager of the Mets in 2019.

Hopefully this Mickey Calloway suspension is the final one and all of the weird ass sexual predators in this sport are gone or at the very least, it scares a lot of sex preds straight and ends whatever gross activities are happening.
