How Cute, Malik Beasley Gets To Play With His Step Son in LA

I hate to write back-to-back pieces about the Los Angeles Lakers but as I was going through the team’s depth chart to see where D’Angelo Russell fits in,

I noticed they don’t need to wait for Bronny to be drafted for a father and son to play together.

Malik Beasley and Scottie Pippen Jr will be the first to accomplish this feat.

The Lakers traded a future first-round pick and Russell Westbrook for D’Angelo Russell, Jared Vanderbilt and Malik Beasley.

Interesting.

And Malik Beasley was and has been married the entire time he was with Larsa so hopefully, his other family doesn’t distract him from being a good father to little Scottie Jr.

The only thing that really interrupted his relationship with Larsa was a quick little 120-day jail sentence following an incident where Malik Beasley walked up to a car parked outside of his house and flashed them a gun threatening them if they didn’t drive away.

There was a 13-year-old kid in the car.

But that’s alllllllllll in the past.

Surely Scottie Pippen Jr—who was a teenager opening up his phone and seeing his mother trending for sleeping with an NBA player that is only like, 6 years older than he is—will be able to work with Beasley with no problems at all.

D’Angelo Russell recording the team’s infidelities and Malik Beasley asking Scottie Pippen Jr how his mom is doing and if she’s seeing anyone now.

The Lakers aren’t making the playoffs but hopefully Bravo or HBO quickly gets a camera crew together so we can watch a reality show about what the next few months will be looking like in that locker room.
