I love the US Open.
After weeks of golf clapping at the French Open or Wimbledon—American fans stumble into Flushing, Queens—drunk on $14 Budweisers—hooting and hollering at US players like we’re in a dimly lit backroom, watching a cock fight—and we bet our life savings on Chico.
Foreign players are truly flying into an away game.
I literally had to turn my volume down when Coco Gauff won the 2023 US Open.
The crowd was acting like they just saw Hulk Hogan pick Andre The Giant off his feet.
The rowdy environment brings out the worst behavior in the players.
Like when Serena Williams wanted to murder that one judge.
Or just two days ago, when Russian player, Daniil Medvedev—suffered what I can only call a mental health crisis—fighting with the judge—and the crowd—and smashing his racket—and transforming into the Tasmanian Devil in his first round loss.
I can only imagine the weight on Latvian ball player, Jelena Ostapenko’s, shoulders Wednesday afternoon—as the crowd went wild watching the no. 1 doubles player in the world—American-born Taylor Townshend—dragging Jelena’s flat ass up and down the tennis court in the second round of the 2025 US Open.
Taylor Townsend won in 2 sets (7-5, 6-1)
But the vibes were irrebably altered following a net cord incident—where Ostapenko took personal offense to Townshend not apologizing—after winning a point on a volley that hit the top of the net tape.
See, you’re “supposed” to apologize because when the ball hits the net like that. A net cord completely alters the trajectory of the ball—often causing the other player to scramble.
The point counts regardless—but, ya know, sportsmanship or whatever.
“Sorry, the ball hit the net and dribbled to your feet.”
It’s like an unwritten rule—something a stressed-out Latvian maniac would obsess over.

Seems like nothing, right?
Well, it was everything to Jelena Ostapenko—who immediately berated Townshend after the match.

Jelena is heard telling Taylor she has “no education” as the sore loser whined about some meaningless point Townshend had fully moved on from.
We need Jelena Ostapenko
Racism is bad.
I should start with that.
In 2025, racism is back in full force here with conservative politicians joining forces in a combined effort to remove civil rights.
The racists are winning so I’m not saying we need more of them.
But we definitely need more psychopaths.
Tennis has become uniform.
All sports have.
There is so much money—billions and billions—and billions and billions of dollars circling these sports.
The financial stakes are too high for idiosyncrasies and creativity and uniqueness.
Computers and technology outweigh personality and character.
Tennis is now a game of who has the hardest serve, as everyone has the same super rackets to raise their velocities.
Finesse and craftiness have eroded. Everyone’s friendly with each other.
The sport is astronomically more interesting when the players aren’t mirror images of one another.
Jelena Ostapenko calling Taylor Townshend “uneducated” was racist.
Implying the black girl lacks “education” because she chose not to apologize is a dogwhistle.
Taylor Townshend is the No. 1-ranked doubles player in the WORLD.
She knows the rules.
Taylor just simply chose not to say sorry because she was being a jerk.
It wasn’t due to a “lack of education”.
Only a white lady with mad vowels in their last name would accuse a more successful black woman of being dumb.
You’re supposed to shake hands after the match. If one competitor chose not to shake the other’s hand, it wouldn’t be because they aren’t “educated”.
It’d be because they didn’t want to shake your hand.
The same way Taylor simply did not feel like apologizing.
Jelena Ostapenko—who looks like Nevel from iCarly—is a loser who got rattled by the American crowd and the unapologetic black woman beating her ass all day.
Jelena was upset about losing and I feel her.
As a proud sore loser—who will flip the table over if I land on your Monopoly property with a little house on it—I love watching Ostapenko get dragged for an hour and then throw a tantrum.
Us sore losers need heroes to look up to as well.
I’m a real chore of a person. Spending time with me is labor.
I see you, Jelena.
Please continue to get dominated—but next time, sneak some slurs in there.
Really live in the moment.
Don’t worry about consequences.
I have your back.
Us losers gotta stick together.
Thanks for reading.
