Damian Lillard Limps Out of Game 4 With a Leg Injury

A first quarter Damian Lillard injury in Game 4 of the NBA Playoffs may spell the end of the Milwaukee Bucks 2025 season.

The Milwaukee Bucks went into game 4 desperate for a win. Down 2-1 to the Indiana Pacers, Milwaukee can’t afford to fall to 3-1.

And it looks like the Bucks will have to find a way to survive and advance without their All-NBA point guard, Damian Lillard, who went down in the first quarter with a non-contact injury.

Lillard missed over a month with a bloodclot in his right leg but thanks to what was reported as some miraculous turnaround—as if god himself intervened to return Dame to the court—as if his cardiovascular system woke up one morning and said “Dame Time”—Lillard was able to return to this series to shoot 6-for-25 from the field and watch the Bucks lose from the best seat in the house.

Can the Milwaukee Bucks win after this Damian Lillard injury?

It appears Dame blew his left tire and it’s safe to say his 2025 season is over but I reckon everyone in Milwaukee will be joining him on vacation shortly.

I’m not sure Brook Lopez—who was drafted into the NBA back when the Seattle Supersonics still existed—and Kyle Kuzma—who appears to be out there to maintain his cardio like he’s training for a big marathon this summer—have enough juice to help Giannis beat a Pacers squad that turns into the 2017 Warriors whenever they see Bucks jerseys in front of them.

Ya know, I’m starting to think that Damian Lillard trade a couple years ago did not work out.

UPDATE:

Well, fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.
