The NFL Pro Bowl is one of the biggest achievements in all of professional sports. The greatest athletes play in an electric All-Star game of non-contact flag football.
Gladiators fly into Orlando, Florida to throw balls through tires and other incredibly important football-adjacent activities.

There is no greater honor.
When I saw the 2025 Pro Bowl rosters released, I dropped everything to comb through every name—making sure the most deserving players were honored with a spot.
Unfortunately, I found some glaring omissions.
Here are the 7 biggest snubs from the 2025 Pro Bowl:
1. Baker Mayfield
Baker Mayfield is having the best season of his career.
Let’s look at some of his numbers and where he ranks amongst his peers:
- 71.7% competition percentage (2nd in the NFL)
- 4,279 passing yards (3rd in NFL)
- 39 touchdowns (2nd)
- 54.2% success rate (2nd)
- 107.6 passer rating (4th)
Baker finally found a home willing to allow Baker to be Baker.
Sure, those stats don’t matter much when his team could’ve easily won the division if they didn’t go 0-2 against the old guy with the bum Achilles but the Pro Bowl is for regular season excellence—even if your star QB couldn’t outplay Cooper fucking Rush two weeks ago.
2. Quinn Meinerz
Are you kidding me? Quinn Meinerz didn’t make the 2025 Pro Bowl roster???
This is what happens when ESPN becomes allll about media personalities more focused on going viral over going to the library and educating themselves on the facts. [insert that clown emoji wherever you’d like.]
Like always, Aaron Rodgers was right.
Denver Broncos guard, Quinn Meinerz, ranks third in pass block win rate (96%) this season. Do you guys even watch ball? Bo Nix would not be thriving were it not for the contributions of Meinerz, one of the best O-Linemen in the world.
Whatever. I’ll get back to watching more All-22 film. I suggest you all do the same.
3. Aaron Rodgers
Speaking of Aaron Rodgers…
As soon as the season ends, I’m sure Rodgers is driving to the airport for an international flight to the Amazon rain forest, where he will spend his offseason shirtless, inhaling hallucinogens while leaving his family’s phone numbers on Do Not Disturb so he can focus on following the white rabbit into Wonderland.
The NFL should force him to cancel his plans of smoking crack at Stonehenge and make him play a flag football game.
I want him moping on the sidelines scrolling through Instagram, jealous of his Ayawasca friends hang gliding down the Grand Canyon while Rodgers has to play fake football with Mr. Pfizer himself, Travis Kelce.
Also, put a live microphone on him all day. We’ll hear brand new slurs.
4. Harrison Butker
I know the Kansas City Chefs superstar has missed a few games this season but Harrison Butker is one of the most popular, beloved athletes in the world. It feels cruel to rob us of our favorite extra-point kicker.
At first, I thought it was strange for the quarterback of a 15-1 team to not make the Pro Bowl roster but I took a step back and realized that it’s Butker who is the engine keeping this Chiefs machine running. He is the father, son and holy spirit in the locker room, haunting anyone who dares smoke weed or have premarital intercourse.
The NFL needs Butker at the 2025 Pro Bowl to make sure the sinners repent.
And more importantly, Butker’s wife deserves an extra few days off from being Harrison’s birthing maid.
5. Drew Lock
In Week 17, with the chance for his team to lock down the no. 1 pick of the 2025 NFL Draft if they lost to the Colts, Drew Lock elected to have one of the best games in the history of football.

Drew Lock threw for 309 yards with 5 touchdowns (4 passing, 1 rushing) against a Colts defense that was playing to make the postseason.

We have to award greatness.
6. Cam Skattebo
Man, Cam Skattebo just plays football the right way.
The ultimate utility weapon for the Arizona State Sun Devils almost singlehandedly beat Texas this week in the College Football Playoffs.
Why wait until he’s drafted? Let Skattebo into the 2025 Pro Bowl.

There’s something special about this kid. He really understands the fundamentals of the game. He busts his ass every single play and he’s sneaky athletic.
Whether he’s a wide receiver or running back or tight end or even a quarterback, Skattebo is just the type of guy you want in your locker room.
7. Trevor Lawrence
Hey man, if there’s any player in the NFL that could use a few more practice reps before they start their offseason vacation, it’s Trevor Lawrence, the former no. 1 overall pick who was labeled a can’t-miss star coming out of college.
Trevor Lawrence has always given me “If I don’t throw a touchdown pass right now, my father is going to beat me with a switch in the backyard tonight” vibes and that internal anxiety radiates off the screen watching Lawrence chuck ducks at his receiver’s ankles.
So let’s get Trevor Lawrence to the Pro Bowl and tell him how good he is and comb his hair and tell him he’s the prettiest and surround him with the most talented players in the hemisphere so maybe he leaves with an ounce of confidence.
8. Damar Hamlin
Do you remember when Damar Hamlin died on the field??
Oh. Wait, are we not pretending to care about that anymore?
9. Caitlin Clark
The NFL needs to look in the mirror and ask itself, “Do we care about the ratings?”
If the answer to that question was yes then Caitlin Clark would be the AFC starting running back at the 2025 Pro Bowl but for some reason, her name is mysteriously absent.
Maybe the other NFL players are just jealous of her.
Perhaps it’s some sort of reverse racism against the midwestern white girl.
There’s a political agenda, I’m sure but regardless, the NFL is stating loud and clear they don’t care about making money.
