9 Reasons Why Game of Thrones Season 7 Was The Worst Season Ever

4. “Loot Train Attack”

Outside of The Night King’s major flexing, The Loot Train Attack was the best part of the season and honestly might be the best sequence in the show’s history. That tracking shot of Bronn desperately running from the Dothraki horde while everything is covered in dragon fire was insane.

It’s literally the moment we were promised since the series premiere. Daenerys Targaryen returning to Westeros with Dothraki and Dragons. It was the culmination of seven years of hard work. But see, the problem isn’t the actual event, but the name.

“Loot Train Attack” sounds like the name a lazy HBO Exec who has never seen the show before but flipped through the script of the episode gave it as a placeholder until a better name came up but then it accidentally became the actual name of the fight. Dear HBO, your lack of George RR Martin is showing. Do you really think soldiers who survived that fight will be heading home and explaining to their families about the ‘great loot train attack’? No. The answer is no. You might as well rename ‘Robert’s Rebellion’ to ‘The One Where Robert Baratheon Killed All The Targaryens Because He Thought His Wife Was Kidnapped and Raped But He Was Actually Wrong…Attack’.

Also Jaime should’ve died.
