Miami Heat Waive Derrick Williams

Am I a bad person for rooting for Derrick Williams’ failure? Trick question: I don’t care. The second Derrick Williams robbed the Knicks of millions of dollars and showed up to training camp with frosted tips, I hated him.

Williams played in 25 games for Miami and averaged 5.9 points per game. The Heat have won 10 games in a row and may never lose another game again. It’s to say that Williams has had zero impact on the team’s success.

I guess the question is now, will Derrick Williams play in the NBA again? The former number 2 overall pick is a garbage can soo I hope this is the end of the road for this bum. Or he can turn it all around and work harder in the offseason to become the player he was projected to be. Whichever.

Godspeed Derrick.

Thanks for reading. Tweet to @TheLesterLee if you think this is the end of Derrick Williams’ career. Also, go ahead and throw Deadseriousness a Like on Facebook so that I can keep the lights on around here at HQ.

Created Deadseriousness after being fired from every job I've ever had. One faithful night I drew the conclusion that if I was going to be unemployed, I might as well write articles that will guarantee I am un-hireable going forward. This website is the equivalent to a face tattoo.
