The NFL is asking a federal appeals court to dismiss Ezekiel Elliott’s entire lawsuit in its bid to lift an injunction that blocked the star Dallas Cowboys running back’s six-game suspension over a domestic violence case in Ohio.
The league wrote in a filing Wednesday to the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans that the players’ union case filed on behalf of Elliott had resulted in ”hopelessly doomed proceedings.”
Just a quick update that there are still legal procedures going on behind closed doors to make sure Ezekiel Elliot is punished for KOing a chick because ya know, Tom Brady lost 4 games even though there was no real evidence that he did anything wrong. Elliot dribbled a girl’s head against the hardwood like Uncle Drew and he is playing every week no problem.
I’m not sure if anyone remembers but Elliot beat up his girlfriend and suffered no consequences. Again, just a reminder. In case you forgot that Ezekiel slapped around a woman, he did and he played Week 1, Week 2, Week 3 and now he’s going to play Week 4. Even though he chokeslammed a broad.
But Go Cowboys, right?
sidenote: Elliot beat up a woman.
Thanks for reading. Tweet to @TheLesterLee if you think Ezekiel Elliot should be suspended for keeping his pimp hand strong. Also, go ahead and throw Deadseriousness a Like on Facebook so that I can keep the lights on around here at HQ.
