Josh Allen averaged 18.3 air yards per pass attempt in the @buffalobills 24-21 win against the Jaguars, the highest AY/Att in a single-game over the last three seasons (minimum 14 attempts).#JAXvsBUF #GoBills pic.twitter.com/U00gUHbM5J

Forget everything I ever said about Josh Allen.
In no reality did I think he’d start his career with a 3-3 win-loss record and scramble all over the backfield. On Sunday’s 24-21 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars, Allen had 160 passing yards and a touchdown.
Yes, he only completed 42% of his passes which is why I was so quick to shit on him. When Josh Allen releases the ball, it is more likely that ball hits someone on the sidelines than it hits his receiver’s hands but little did I know that it doesn’t even matter.
Because Allen can RUN.

JA had 13 carries and 99 yards rushing. Here’s what LeSean McCoy, the now second best rusher on the Bills had to say about Allen:
“See, the thing with Josh is that he brings that extra spark. He brings that extra electricity in the building”
Wow, a rushing QB with a monster arm that can run for 100 yards and provides ‘extra spark and electricity’?
Mike. Vick. Back.
I knew when Josh Allen hurdled that dude in the Bills win against the Minnesota Vikings earlier in the year that he was the best black quarterback in the league but now it looks like he’s the best black QB since the gawd, Michael Vick.
As long as Allen doesn’t start collecting pit bulls, he’s on his way to the Hall of Fame.
But most importantly, this gives me an opportunity to watch some old Mike Vick highlights.
