Giannis Antetokounmpo Ended the Knicks Season Last Night

Well, the New York Knicks are dead, Giannis Antetokounmpo killed them. Entering Wednesday night, the New York Knicks had lost 5 games in a row. With Porzingis taking another night off, it seemed like the Knicks were going to crush Milwaukee.

The Knicks have now lost 6 in a row.

I want to hate Giannis so badly but I can’t. He’s 6’11” and can dunk from the inbound pass off one dribble. There is literally no human on Earth who can do what Giannis does on a basketball court. He proved that last night when he forced Derrick Rose to turn the ball over with seconds left and then slit the Knicks throat with a game winning dagger.

At the end of the day, I don’t care if the Knicks lose. People forget that they have draft picks again and this time is not built to beat the Warriors. They can build through the draft still. Kristaps was drafted. People tend to forget that little fun fact.

I guess what bothers me most about that lose isn’t blowing a second half double digit lead. What bothers me most is that Mindaugas Kuzminskas dropped a career high 15 points and it was overshadowed.
