There it is! No. 30!
Aaron Judge passes Joe DiMaggio for most HR by a Yankees rookie!
— New York Yankees (@Yankees) July 8, 2017
ALL RISE. On Friday night, Aaron Judge hit his 30th bomb of his rookie campaign against the Milwaukee Brewers to surpass Yankees legend, Joe DiMaggio. You may have heard of him before. Judge has 30 homers and we haven’t even hit the all star break yet. My man might end up with a bajillion by the end of August.
Not only does Aaron Judge have 30 home runs thus far but he’s also batting .330 with 66 RBIs. Judge is about to walk away with the Rookie of the Year, MVP and Triple Crown all in one season. Needless to say, he’s pretty good or whatever.
The only thing the Yankees need from him is to pitch a few innings out of the bullpen since they currently the have the worst bullpen since June 1st but he’ll probably end up with the Cy Young award too.
It’s Aaron Judge’s world and we’re all just lucky to live in it.
Thanks for reading. Tweet to @TheLesterLee if you think Aaron Judge is going to break every Yankees record in the book. Also, go ahead and throw Deadseriousness a Like on Facebook so that I can keep the lights on around here at HQ.
